「こんにちは。ピラティス講師歴6年、スタジオや自宅でのレッスンをメインに、マシンピラティスやグループレッスンを行なってきました。

ピラティスレッスンは、ご自身の身体と対話できる時間です。

ご自身の身体を大切に扱って、心も身体も元気にリフレッシュしましょう!

私も、やんちゃな4歳の長男と8月に出産した次男の育児に日々翻弄させられていますが、皆さんと一緒に自分の身体を見つめていきたいと思っています!」

“Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness.”

Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates, after whom it was named. Why not improve your physical and mental health by this unique method.

You can spend these 30 mins for any purposes, for example, “I want to reward myself for my daily hard work” or “I want to refresh for tomorrow.”

Let’s start with refreshing our bodies and minds by trying it once!
Then continue to take classes and improve our physical and mental health together.

We welcome all students including mommies, like Yoko sensei, who have little children.

?What Is Pilatis:Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being.
Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility. In Pilates the chance of injury is much lower than with other more strenuous forms of exercise.
Pilates also focuses on the mind-body connection. While doing the various exercises your mind needs to be constantly aware of your breathing and the way your body moves.

「Hello! I have been teaching Pilates for 6 years, mainly at studios and home, but also machine Pilates and group classes.
A Pilates class is a time when you can talk to your body.
Let’s take care of our own bodies as well as refresh our minds and bodies!
I am also raising my mischievous 4-year-old son and my second son, who was born in August, so that it is not easy to treat myself. I would like to talk to my own body together with you! 」
